TerraSan Management Services is a affiliate company which renders services to the other affiliates in the TerraSan Group as well as to outside companies that require such services. The services rendered include :

Management & Secretarial Services

Management Services are rendered in the form of management accounts, financial statements and commentary on certain aspects noted in the trade. These are rendered monthly to the executive management of the various companies and submitted along with the agendas for Directors Meetings.

Secretarial Services are rendered in the compiling of Agendas for Directors Meetings, keeping of the minutes and distributing the agendas and minutes after the meetings. Other secretarial services rendered are registering and administering the monthly statutory contributions.

Hospitality Services

TerraSan Management Service's Central Reservations Office manages reservations, contracts and tour operator relations for hospitality establishments.

Accounting Services

Bookkeeping till trial balance with full reconciliations of key accounts. Books are completed by means of the ACCPAC accounting software.

IT Support Services

The Information Technology Support section renders a service to all affiliates as well as private companies in the form of :

• acquisition, assembly, installation and maintenance of hardware
• acquisition, installation and maintenance of software
• set-up and maintenance of networks and computer security systems
